We are seeking a self-starter Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in a full-time, remote role. This position supports strategic decision-making by analyzing business operations, tracking metrics, and delivering insightful reports. The ideal candidate is proactive, willing to ask questions, and able to think outside the box to drive improvements. Responsibilities include tracking client profitability, managing expenses, developing dashboards, and conducting revenue recognition and executive reporting. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and experience with Salesforce and PSA reporting is preferred. Join us to make an impact through operational excellence and innovative insights.
Responsibilities:

Monitor operational status and manage intervention and problem solving with project managers and operations managers.

Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.

Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.

Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure leaders are up to date and engaged in high-priority initiatives

Participate or lead process design, process implementation, or process improvement initiatives

Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects including review status of projects and budgets.

Assess operational issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills

Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
