Role Description
Within Global Procurement, Procurement Operations is part of Deutsche Bank’s Procurement & Travel Operations (PTO) organization. We support the end-to-end Procurement process, and are directly responsible for connecting the company’s transactional procurement activities with strategic procurement. This includes the following: Invoice Processing , Payments, Contract Enablement Services, Buying Assistance, Spend Compliance.
The GL posting in SAP refers to the process of recording financial transactions in the G/L accurately, and it provides a basis for generating financial statements and reports. A G/L document in SAP contains key information related to a financial transaction.

Your key responsibilities
GL Postings within SAP
Manage & provide guidance on procurement principles, policies, and procedures, with direct assistance to end-users where required
Knowledge of basic Accounting
Work directly with Stakeholder Management and Strategic Procurement to support category KPI improvement including PO Compliance, Spend against Contract, Buying Channel Adherence, etc. for specific spend categories
Your skills and experience
5+ years Procurement Operations experience, with an understanding of SAP
Hands on experience of Ariba/SAP
Knowledge of PR /PO and approval guideline
Strong end to end procurement understanding
GL posting exposure
