We are seeking an Operations Analyst intern to join our team and contribute to solving real-time operational challenges that drive our business. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
- Help analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations the Control Tower team.
- Stay updated with the stations' environment and the various challenges they might face
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Participate in the "Command Center" initiative during peak seasons.
- Adopt the 3 pillars of the Control Tower: control, plan and execute.
- The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, engineering or industrial engineering.
- Experience or strong interest in data analysis and understanding.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI is an asset.
