In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $2,200 to $2,300 per week.

- Own team-specific projects from end-to-end, using data to analyze business needs, develop strategic solutions, and implement improvements that deliver measurable results.
- Take responsibility for essential day-to-day processes across clearing, settlements, corporate actions, collateral management, and core shared services.
- Collaborate with the broader intern class on a capstone project that brings together perspectives from across Operations to advance a global strategic initiative.
Your Skills & Talents:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, economics, finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and foundational programming with experience leveraging AI tools.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable outcomes.
- A detail-oriented and results-driven approach to solving problems and a strong sense of intellectual curiosity.
