About this role:
The Operations Analyst provides a pivotal role in our development programs, and associate experience. In this role you will be a part of a dynamic team focused on providing enterprise development programs, experiences, and resources to enable Gartner leaders and associates to excel in their current role and prepare for future opportunities.
This role will provide back-end operational and logistical support for the exemplary execution of our development programs. The role will encompass project management, stakeholder management, operational planning, and a large amount of Learning Management System (LMS) administration. Success in this role will require extensive collaboration, attention to detail, having a service mindset to our learners and being open to constant iterative innovation.
What you will do:

Enable a globally consistent training experience through proactive coordination with teammates and stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies.

Provide excellent front line customer service for program stakeholders, managers and learners relating to all programs supported including servicing our team’s shared inbox.

Assist in the creation and be responsible for the execution of communications to learners and their leaders including maintenance of our in-house intranet hubs and pages.

Be responsible for learner data, rosters, schedules, and general file management.

Collaborate with wider Gartner L&D operational teams to share best practices and to innovate solutions to operational execution of learning programs.

Use advanced learning technologies to create a seamless attendee curriculum interface.

Provide extensive LMS administration and support for all programs that require it.

Organize global survey feedback preparing data on key trends and provide recommendations on enhancements to LPD leadership and Program Managers.

Support broader global L&D activities and firm wide initiatives.
Who you are:

Someone who holds a bachelor’s degree.

2-3 years of Learning or Project Management experience
-
Experience with LMS systems (Cornerstone preferable) and HR Systems.

Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and independent work.

Strong process/project management skills and superior problem-solving ability.

Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure and across numerous teams and business units.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Suites (i.e., Excel, PPT, Sheets, Docs, etc.).

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
