Operations Analyst – Expense Review Team

Job Summary
eClerx is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Expense Review Team supporting a leading global financial institution. In this role, you will review employee travel and expense reports, ensure compliance with client expense policies, and provide support to employees using Concur. You will play an important role in maintaining operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with client expense policies.
- Verify supporting documentation and identify discrepancies before processing reimbursements.
- Process expense reports within established service level agreements.
- Respond to employee questions regarding expense policies and Concur via phone, email, and chat.
- Research and resolve escalated expense reimbursement inquiries.
- Support quality assurance activities to ensure consistent, high-quality processing.
- Partner with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Eligibility Requirements
- Experience using Concur or a similar expense management platform.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Ability and willingness to work in the New York office five (5) days per week.
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $80,000-$130,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
