The Enterprise Services Operations Analyst will gain broad exposure across Asset Servicing Operations and Custody Clearance & Settlement Operations while building an understanding of key operational processes, business workflows, and risk and control practices within a dynamic financial services environment. Through structured rotations and hands-on experience, analysts will support day-to-day operations, contribute to business priorities, and develop insight into how DTCC supports the safe and efficient functioning of global financial markets. This role provides a strong foundation in operations, risk awareness, and business management while preparing analysts for future opportunities across the organization.

About the EDGE Program

EDGE is DTCC’s 18-month early-career development program for recent graduates. The program combines hands-on business experience, structured learning, mentorship, networking, and regular feedback to help analysts build technical, functional, and leadership capabilities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Complete structured training and learning activities to build foundational knowledge of Enterprise Services Operations, business processes, and industry practices.
  • Support day-to-day operational processes and assignments with accuracy, accountability, and a focus on risk and control standards.
  • Analyze processes, risks, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and evaluate potential solutions using data, automation, AI, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives by partnering with colleagues, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across DTCC.
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress through presentations, knowledge-sharing sessions, and ongoing feedback-driven professional development.

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting
  • Expected graduation date: May 2027
  • Minimum GPA: 3.2
  • Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
