Manage daily air freight documentation and operations, coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors and overseas agents, receive and confirm shipping orders, arrange carrier bookings, release and update shipment orders in the system, inform agents of changes, arrange cargo pickup and customs clearance, and update related charges in a timely manner.

Skills Required

Experience handling air freight documentation and shipment operations
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors and overseas agents
Ability to arrange bookings with carriers following agents' shipping instructions
