We are actively seeking Operations Advisors, at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph, to support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities. Operations Advisors will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.

Level 1: requires 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
*5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree*

Bachelors degree and 1+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated success in multiple official overseas assignments in a senior leadership position.
Extensive overseas travel and experience.
Demonstrated success in posing creative solutions to operational challenge
Demonstrated success in applying counterintelligence and risk management principles to safeguard operations.
Demonstrated success in managing US government policies, and regulations in support of operations.
Proficient in various writing and briefing styles.
Ability to write products in clear and concise manner under a short deadline.
Demonstrated success in briefing senior executive management.
Proficient in working and networking across Intelligence Community or other US Government agencies performing similar work and scope in support of operations.
Exercise sound judgement.
Ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in team environment.
Capable working independently with minimal supervision.
