Leidos is currently hiring for several Operations Advisors.
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary function of an Operations Advisor is to support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities to manage a geographic area or transnational issue. Officers will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors and 4 + years of relevant experience
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Demonstrated success in multiple official overseas assignments in a senior leadership position.
- Extensive overseas travel and experience .
- Demonstrated success in posing creative solutions to operational challenges.
- Demonstrated success in applying counterintelligence and risk management principles to safeguard operations.
- Demonstrated success managing and tracking operational cases.
- Demonstrated success in drafting coordinating, and monitoring the production of intelligence reporting.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer policies, and regulations in support of operations.
- Proficient in various writing styles and classified client databases.
- Ability to write products in clear and concise manner under a short deadline.
- Demonstrated success in briefing senior executive management.
- Proficient in working and networking across Intelligence Community or other US Government agencies performing similar work and scope in support of operations.
- Exercise sound judgement.
- Ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in team environment.
- Capable working independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications relevant to work.
- Language proficiency.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
