Operations Advisor

Leidos is currently hiring for several Operations Advisors.

Primary Responsibilities:

The primary function of an Operations Advisor is to support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities to manage a geographic area or transnational issue. Officers will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors and 4 + years of relevant experience
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Demonstrated success in multiple official overseas assignments in a senior leadership position.
• Extensive overseas travel and experience .
• Demonstrated success in posing creative solutions to operational challenges.
• Demonstrated success in applying counterintelligence and risk management principles to safeguard operations.
• Demonstrated success managing and tracking operational cases.
• Demonstrated success in drafting coordinating, and monitoring the production of intelligence reporting.
• Demonstrated success in managing customer policies, and regulations in support of operations.
• Proficient in various writing styles and classified client databases.
• Ability to write products in clear and concise manner under a short deadline.
• Demonstrated success in briefing senior executive management.
• Proficient in working and networking across Intelligence Community or other US Government agencies performing similar work and scope in support of operations.
• Exercise sound judgement.
• Ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
• Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in team environment.
• Capable working independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications relevant to work.
• Language proficiency.
