Your Contribution

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to all Marlborough and Auckland operations teams. Some of your responsibilities will include

  • Provide office support to Marlborough and Auckland operations. Including but not limited to: Reception duties, office management, filing, business systems work.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • You’ll be involved with arranging travel, ordering office supplies, catering, PPE.
  • Provide administration support to Operations Leadership.
  • Support the business in organizing and coordination of wine show submissions, hospitality, and celebration events.
  • Identify ways to streamline and simplify any administrative processes.
  • Flexibility in working hours to support visitors, events, and harvest.

  • Proven experience in administration or operations support roles
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
