Daniels Health is looking for an exceptionally passionate, multitasking individual that is self-motivated and experienced in supporting a plant or manufacturing facility with daily administrative tasks.
 
The Operations Administrator would work in tandem with the Operations leadership to create a well run and compliant Business Unit.  The role has core responsibilities; however, the nature of the work will be dynamic in that the duties will be defined by the business unit needs.   The focus of the role will be administrative.

What you will do

  • Maintain and update operational data, including metric boards, audits, receipts, and training files.
  • Support inventory management through monthly stock takes, container audits, and supply ordering via Coupa.
  • Assist with vendor setup, including paperwork, insurance, and diversity documentation.
  • Provide general office support such as scanning, copying, label making, and flyer distribution.
  • Help with off-site tasks including supply pickups, post office runs, and emergency store visits.
  • Support Customer Service and Operations teams during surveys, closings, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain compliance documentation (SDS books, Autoclave/Washline sheets).

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Ability to reliably commute daily to our Baltimore facility
  • Administrative experience within a manufacturing/operational environment preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Good with computer systems (Microsoft office suite, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a team environment
