To achieve this, we need an Operations & Administrative Specialist-someone who takes immense pride in being the critical backbone of our facility operations. This is a high-impact role guaranteeing the smooth, safe, and productive functioning of our entire team. You'll take charge of our infrastructure's readiness, overseeing all facility and equipment maintenance executed with total precision to consistently meet safety standards.
As the go-to resource for operational excellence, you will be indispensable, tackling complex challenges and providing crucial support across teams. Your versatile responsibilities ensure organizational effectiveness and integrity:
- Ensure the entire environment remains safe, clean, and fully operational through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.
- Coordinate the complete lifecycle for new machinery, including managing vendor notification, scheduling technicians, and verifying all work is completed to our exact specifications.
- Manage essential administrative tasks, including shipping and receiving, file organization, and meticulously tracking team deadlines and mandatory training completion.
- Support strategic projects while maintaining detailed records of facility and equipment maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide direct support to production, quality, and leadership teams by solving problems that fall outside their primary focus.
Strong MS Excel skills are essential for success in this role, and forklift experience is preferred.
