Job Summary
Morse Micro is seeking an Operations Administrative Specialist to support the continued growth and scaling of our Semiconductor Operations organization. This role will be responsible for driving operational process execution, cross-functional coordination, quality operations support, logistics oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of effectively coordinating with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to ensure operational excellence and business scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Process ManagementMonitor and support operational processes across company, supply chain, quality, logistics, and customer support functions, ensuring compliance with established procedures and governance.
Track operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and coordinate corrective actions to improve execution efficiency and business outcomes.
Assist in developing scalable operational workflows, tools, and infrastructure to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Coordinate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Operating Plan (QOP) activities, including schedule management, data consolidation, and progress tracking.
Prepare operational reports, metrics, and management review materials to support business planning and decision-making.
Track cross-functional action items and ensure timely completion of commitments and deliverables.
Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply-demand balancing activities.
Analyze sales, inventory, supply, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Support implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Contribute to operational readiness planning for new products, customers, and business initiatives.
Serve as a key liaison among Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
Facilitate communication, issue resolution, and alignment across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
Support project coordination efforts and proactively escalate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
Organize operational meetings, prepare presentations, and document key decisions and action items.
Maintain operational trackers, databases, and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Semiconductor Operations team as required.
Qualifications
RequiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, program coordination, or semiconductor-related industries.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ERP/MRP systems.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or high-tech operations.
Familiarity with quality management systems and failure analysis workflows.
Experience supporting cross-functional global teams.
Knowledge of operational KPI tracking and process improvement methodologies.
