“A Day in the Life”
As an Operations Administrator, this person will be involved in a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring that the operational aspects of our company run smoothly. In this role you will collaborate with sales representatives, operations team, vendor partners, project managers and other coordinators and customers.
“What You’ll Do”
- General reception and front desk coverage for high volume office.
- Answer, screen, direct telephone calls.
- Light Accounting related to POs, invoices, contracts, etc
- Invoice reconciliation, coding and tracking.
- Data Entry.
- Filing.
- General customer service.
- Administrative support to sales, operations, and management teams.
- Inventory, ordering and stocking of corporate office supplies.
- Review and distribute department correspondence/mail.
- Assist with and/or assume responsibility for a variety of small projects within the corporate office.
- Vendor Account Maintenance.
- Assist in planning and execution of corporate office events.
- Certified Notary opportunity
- Perform other duties as assigned
“Must Haves”
- 2 plus years of experience working in a professional business environment required.
- Excellent business verbal/written communication skills.
- Enjoy working hard; action oriented and full of energy; pursue everything with drive, energy and a need to finish well.
- Learn quickly. Relentless and versatile learning, open to change; comfortable learning unfamiliar tasks and can navigate new situations effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word
