PART-TIME REMOTE OPERATIONS ADMIN

This part-time operations position earns a competitive wage of $17-20/hour. ABOUT LEDGERGURUS

Founded in 2014, we are a remote, virtual outsourced accounting company that specializes in eCommerce accounting. Small and medium-sized businesses hire us to become the accounting department or to work with their existing finance team. eCommerce is a new realm of accounting, and we are one of the few that are blazing trails through it. We provide each client with an accounting team to perform the following: analyze data for a client’s eCommerce and Inventory services, consultations, create financial statements, invoicing, bill payments, budgeting, bookkeeping, financial analysis and more.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PART-TIME OPERATIONS ADMIN

The Operation Admin is a supporting role to our HR Generalist and our Finance Manager. This person will be doing routine internal accounting functions for the company. This would include payroll, reports and light financial analysis, invoices, bill pay, transaction coding, and managing financial accounts. This role will also help with HR projects and procedures. This will include working on compensation, compliance updates, company events, performance management, recruiting, hiring, data management, etc. The Operations Admin will also take on some routine maintenance for the company as a whole and own those processes.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REMOTE OPERATIONS ADMIN

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Superb time and task management skills
  • Must communicate effectively in a remote enviornment
  • Has initiative and drive to handle tasks correctly without oversight
  • Has a sweet spot for numbers and can pick up simple accounting tasks quickly
  • Great technical skills and comfortable with learning new software

Previous work from home experience is a major plus.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position offers part-time work at 15-20 hours a week.  We require 2 hours of availability during normal business hours for meetings and company communication. Additional work can be done outside of normal business hours if desired. All of our employees work remotely from home 100% of the time!
