We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. This on-site role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of daily business functions and providing administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the operations team and leadership
- Maintain and organize operational records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage calendars
- Assist with procurement, vendor communication, and inventory tracking
- Support onboarding processes and internal communications
- Help manage office logistics and supplies
- Ensure timely follow-up on operational tasks and project timelines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Work Environment:
This is a fully on-site position. Candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative office setting and engaging with cross-functional teams in person.
