What you'll do:

AmeriHome Mortgage is looking for an Operations Account Representative (OAR) to join our Correspondent Lending team. The Operations Account Representative is responsible for the operational management of client relationships, providing quality service by maintaining client accounts (pipeline management); including managing aged loans, leading regular client calls, and following up on escalations as needed.

•  Manage a pipeline of up to 30 clients
•  Communicate with clients on a regular basis, maintaining specific communication SLA's
•  Review documentation, clearing or creating conditions as needed
•  Conduct all withdraw/cancellation requests
•  Run daily reporting, managing aged loans, etc.
•  Move a seller's pipeline forward towards funding
 
 

What you'll need:

•  5+ years mortgage experience (preferably in origination or correspondent lending

•  High School Diploma or GED equivalent

•  Through ability to recognize and review basic mortgage documentation
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Client service focus
•  Loan quality and risk management
•  Production and performance
•  Ability to work independently and as a team player
•  Clear and effective communication skills
•  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc)

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $30.36 - $37.50 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
