Job Description
Have excellent communication skills to deal with business partners, team, and leaders to manage Workiva data updates to include comprehensive understanding of the data model and requirements to support accurate management of ORM dataKey Responsibilities:
- Manage Workiva data updates to include comprehensive understanding of the data model and requirements to support accurate management of ORM data.
- Perform BAU oversight activities (semi-monthly REV, weekly and monthly Workiva data integrity reviews, etc.). This includes follow-up and resolution of findings.
- Daily management and triage of two shared inboxes.
- Build collaborative partnerships with the Risk Offices and Local Data Governance teams that will drive a strong risk culture.
- Manage ORM and EDG ad-hoc requests (analysis, audit requests, etc.)
- Risk of Change (ROC) administration (review of incoming forms) and EDG data loads
- SharePoint administration and Inside administration with policy review administration (management of annual review cycles)
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in risk management, data governance, or related field
- Demonstrated analytical ability to move tasks forward independently and without significant direction or documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint. This role will be required to work with these tools and applications to support the oversight of risk management activities.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Must be able to quickly absorb data and information
- Proven ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment
Preferred Qualification:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint. This role will be required to work with these tools and applications to support the oversight of risk management activities.

Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
