Your contribution:

  • You will support the Group Procurement Team by taking charge of Operational Procurement activities in both the SAP S/4 HANA and Coupa Systems. This includes conducting planning runs, fulfilling concrete Procurement requirements and executing order processes for IT hardware and software, ensuring timely and accurate order processing. Managing stock levels of IT hardware, optimizing inventory management to meet business demands. 

  • You will support our Global Category Managers and Category Buyers in the whole Procurement process, from preparation through execution until the awarding and contracting of any Sourcing process. Additionally, you will be responsible for smaller sourcing activities with guidance by the Category Managers responsible. 

  • Support the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies throughout. Assisting Global Procurement Managers with utilizing our procurement and contract management tool Coupain regards to placing, running  and tracking tenders (RFP, RFQ), as well as organizing paperwork. Provide regular reports and updates to Global Category Managers on procurement activities, RFP statuses, order statuses, etc. 

  • You will bring in your knowledge from your studies and internships to improve our sourcing activities and provide support for Global Procurement Managers (m/f/d) for supplier and market analysis through well-founded nd independent research as well as the preparation of results.

  • You develop an effective, trustful, and personal relationship with your teammates and your stakeholders. 

What you bring along:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a completed university degree in economics, IT or a related area.several years of Experience in Procurement.

  • Practical experience in the areas of SAP master data and/or accounts payable. Ideally, existing experience in using Procurement Tools like Coupa. 

  • Strong affinity for IT. Ideally working with a procurement tool suite as a Key User, ideally Coupa. Proficient with SAP MM (ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA). Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel Solid understanding of computer systems, including the distinction between server. Client, datacenter systems and software. 

  • Fluent English is mandatory, professional German or French are highly desired. Any other European language, e.g. Italian, is an good advantage. 

  • Detail-oriented, structured and precise, paired with a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility. High willingness to learn together and improve processes. Motivated to work both as part of a team and independently.
