All about the role:
In this role you will be reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor for Electrolux Major Appliances NA. You will be based in Anderson, SC and this role is onsite. In charge of equipment maintenance and repair, including the timely execution of equipment changeovers as required. Diligently repair and maintain all plant production equipment, aligning with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer's specifications, and blueprints. Execute tasks associated with preventative maintenance, changeovers, equipment inspection, testing, and specific projects. Perform all duties with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and accuracy, contributing to the overall enhancement of the plant's performance in the crucial areas of Safety, Quality, and Reliability
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for the upkeep and repair of plant production equipment, ensuring alignment with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer's specifications, and blueprints
- Perform tasks related to preventative maintenance, changeovers, inspection, and equipment testing, as well as specific projects
- Carry out all job responsibilities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and precision to enhance overall plant performance in Safety, Quality, and Reliability
- Adhere to maintenance procedures, ensuring equipment operates within specified parameters
- Conduct thorough equipment inspections, troubleshoot, and execute necessary repairs to contribute to overall plant reliability
- Participate actively in preventative maintenance activities to ensure equipment longevity
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Effective oral and written communication skills with managers, supervisors, and peers
- Compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements education/work experience
- Flexibility to work weekends and shutdowns as required
- Proficient in computer operation
