• Delivering Client Value:
• Ensure that delivered products meet client expectations and objectives.
• Monitor outcomes and ensure client satisfaction by providing tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
• Removing Obstacles:
• Identify and resolve issues that could delay or block team progress.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration and engagement.
• Promote professional development and high performance among team members.
• Focus on Delivery:
• Oversee project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Technological Orientation:

1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
2. Experience:
• Over 5 years of experience leading technology projects in roles such as Project Manager or Product Owner.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
• Background in the technology or digital industries.
3. Key Skills and Competencies:
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to address complex problems and provide effective strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and project management platforms.
4. Technological Skills:
• Familiarity with technologies such as APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
• Ability to assess and guide technological solutions without hands-on development.
5. Languages:
• Advanced Spanish; technical English proficiency is desirable.
6. Work Modality:
• Onsite in Mexico City from Monday to Friday.
