Job Description:
- Lead and develop the operational excellence and quality teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement culture,
- Drive implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices across the operation,
- Plan and execute cost reduction, efficiency and process improvement projects (Kaizen, problem solving, VA/VE),
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs, ensuring effective performance tracking and reporting systems,
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems (IATF 16949) and lead internal/external audits,
- Support optimization of plant layout, material flow and overall production efficiency,
- Identify waste and drive initiatives to optimize resource utilization and sustainability practices,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve processes,
- Coach and develop employees through structured training and performance management processes,

- Company vehicle is not included for this position,
- Report to Plant Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial)
- Minimum 7+ years experience in operational excellence / continuous improvement (WCM, Lean, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of quality systems (IATF 16949, audits) and KPI management,
- Experience in leading teams and driving cross-functional projects,
- Proficiency in problem solving, cost reduction and Kaizen methodologies,
- Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills.
