Operational Head

Job Description- 

• Develop and implement a national operations strategy aligned with Infravision company goals and objectives. 
• Ensure Program management of nationwide projects as per specified parameters.
• Oversee all aspects of transmission line construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final handover. Ensure close coordination for construction activities with respective PMs.
• Ensure all enabling activities for project success, stakeholders management for project success as per laid down SOPs. Strict compliance of all safety standards at site.
• Manage and optimize project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Lead and mentor regional project managers, providing coaching and support to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of safety excellence across all field teams, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Working closely with Project Managers, QHSE, SCM & other functionals leads to ensure smooth work execution.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and regulators to ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, budgets, and safety performance for senior management. Ensure efficient weekly, fortnightly & monthly MIS.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil,Electrical,Mechanical), Construction Management,Project Management or a related field (highly preferred).
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience into Power transmission line construction. 
• Exhaustive exposure into Power line stringing projects. 
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of high voltage transmission line construction methods and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence with a proven safety record.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Extensive travel required throughout India
