What We OfferResponsibilities:
Be the plant internal expert for CO tasks with extensive knowledge of the relevant control systems, safety critical operations and expertise of shutting down/starting up the CO unit.
Representative of CO plant MTP to join the global GUT Team (Reformer/Coke) to develop, advance and ensure safety assessments and technology on global level.
Define, measure and analyze process challenges to identifying area of improvements in order to enhance reliability and cost efficiency.
Lead and instruct operation team, provide and communicate operational work instructions to operating personnel to ensure that the BPA Plant is effectively performed within time frame and safe operation.
Monitor production performance, follow, finetune process BDP and identify bottleneck/potential improvement to optimize operational performance.
Establish and ensure the effectiveness of daily production involving cross functional team of Production, technical site management, Site Supply chain, internal customers and HSEQ.
Create a BPA/CO knowledge sharing culture to support a business objectives by emerging set of principles, processes, organizational structures, and technology applications that help people share and leverage their knowledges.
Develop FIP training measures and identify gap analysis on qualification needs of BPA/CO production team members to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals.
Be the team leader in BPA/CO Plant to support ISO 50001 certifications and assure compliancy according the valid regulations (global/local).
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master or equivalent in Technical- or Natural sciences
Diploma's degree in manufacturing field especially Plastics and Petrochemical Industry, technical field Chemical Engineering/Chemical Science, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
More than 5 years of work experience in a chemical or petrochemical manufacturing
Leadership and communication skills.
