Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $72,000.00 - $122,000.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform observations, interviews, and data analysis for strategic and process improvement initiatives.

  • Design and execute complex analyses and models to support data-driven decision making.

  • Translate analytical outputs into clear, leadership-ready materials tailored to different audiences.

  • Lead operational improvement and strategic planning projects, including:

    • Analytical support

    • Project leadership and management

    • Implementation of best-practice performance standards

  • Develop performance metrics, conduct current- and future-state assessments, and perform root cause analyses.

  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders to support decision making.

  • Support development of project plans, executive presentations, and implementation roadmaps.

Education and Experience – Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.

  • At least 2 years of consulting, operational excellence, strategy, or equivalent analytical experience.

  • Experience using MS Office Suite and data visualization tools to produce high-quality deliverables.

Skills – Required

  • Strong proficiency in analytical and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

  • Ability to learn and integrate new software and operational systems across departments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to tell a clear, compelling story with data.

  • Structured problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to synthesize information and balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

Skills & Experience – Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare-focused consulting.

  • Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial & Systems Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or Operations Research).

  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.

  • Experience with Epic applications.

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
