Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Contract Logistics Engineer to join our Supply Chain & Contract Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, designing innovative warehousing solutions, and leading the seamless end-to-end implementation of new customer contracts. You will act as the critical link between commercial strategy and physical execution, transforming complex customer requirements into highly efficient, scalable, and cost-effective logistics operations.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across all contract logistics sites by establishing standardized operating procedures, monitoring key performance indicators, and executing Lean projects to optimize productivity, space utilization, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate closely with business development, commercial, and customer stakeholders to engineer comprehensive warehouse layout designs, build accurate labor and pricing models, and actively support Request for Proposal workshops.
Ensure flawless project management and operational readiness during the end-to-end implementation of new customer accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in contract logistics, warehouse engineering, or industrial supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse design, logistics solution engineering, capacity planning, cost modeling, and advanced data visualization tools like Power BI.
Proven ability in executing continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen), managing complex project lifecycles, and influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related professional field.
