If you are an Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Rayong Plant location, you will be responsible for leading, deploying, and facilitating the Copeland Business System (CBS) across the organization. You will act as a strategic partner to the plant leadership team, driving a culture of continuous improvement, waste elimination, and operational excellence. You will mentor teams at all levels to adopt CBS tools and mindsets to achieve world-class manufacturing performance.

AS AN OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & LEAN MANAGER (or CBS MANAGER), YOU WILL:

  • Lead the implementation and maturation of the Copeland Business System (CBS) framework within the plant, ensuring alignment with global standards and local business goals

  • Act as a change agent to instill a "Continuous Improvement" mindset across the organization, from the management to shop floor

  • Lead and facilitate CBS Honeycomb foundation and operations (Lean Daily Management, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), structure-problem-solving workshops, Breakthrough Deployment, Quality Management, Root Cause Analysis and others)

  • Support the Plant Manager in cascading high-level business strategies into actionable departmental goals and improvement projects

  • Design and deliver training programs on Lean tools, including 5S, Standard Work, TPM, SMED, Kanban, and Visual Management

  • Monitor Lean maturity metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of CBS initiatives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People engagement (SQDCP)

  • Network with other CBS leaders globally to share success stories, benchmark performance, and adopt best-in-class processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Industrial Engineering, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment

  • Deep understanding of Lean principles and the ability to apply them in complex production environments

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills to drive change without direct authority

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Thai

  • Proven track record of facilitating successful Kaizen & SPS (Structure Problem Solving) events and delivering measurable productivity improvement

  • Legal authorization to work in Thailand – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
