Operational Excellence Intern / Coordinator (Project Support)

Position Summary
The Operational Excellence Intern/Coordinator supports key business initiatives by assisting with payroll auditing, operational performance reporting, and special projects that drive process improvement and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with Bytecurve payroll audits to ensure payroll data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support compliance with company policies.
Support the preparation, analysis, and distribution of On-Time Performance (OTP) reports
Collaborate with members of the Operational Excellence Team to support ongoing projects and departmental priorities.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Operational Excellence Team.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
