Operational Excellence Engineer (Cost & Process Focus)

Requirements
Education: Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar.
Lean Manufacturing
Data and indicator analysis (OEE, scrap, productivity)
Advanced English
3-5 years of experience.
Your tasks:
Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives in manufacturing processes, aiming for savings exceeding 2% of annual sales.
Analyze cost factors (labor, scrap, downtime) and develop high-impact solutions.
Optimize production processes (cycle time, line balancing, flow) to improve efficiency and productivity.
Improve key performance indicators such as OEE, scrap, quality, and resource utilization.
Detect bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions that generate measurable benefits.
Lead improvement projects from identification to implementation, ensuring tangible results.
Collaborate with global teams to align and implement improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
