We are looking for

Operational Excellence Engineer (Cost & Process Focus)

At our location in One Mobility in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México). - Fit Voltaira

Requirements

  • Education: Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar.

  • Lean Manufacturing

  • Data and indicator analysis (OEE, scrap, productivity)

  • Advanced English

  • 3-5 years of experience.

Your tasks:

  • Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives in manufacturing processes, aiming for savings exceeding 2% of annual sales.

  • Analyze cost factors (labor, scrap, downtime) and develop high-impact solutions.

  • Optimize production processes (cycle time, line balancing, flow) to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Improve key performance indicators such as OEE, scrap, quality, and resource utilization.

  • Detect bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions that generate measurable benefits.

  • Lead improvement projects from identification to implementation, ensuring tangible results.

  • Collaborate with global teams to align and implement improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Skills Required
