What will you do:
Drive and support orchestration and execution of group-wide Operational Excellence program as in integral part of the Intrum Group strategy
Assesses efficiency effectiveness across the full operations perimeter – across the full Intrum Group footprint – to identify process improvement areas and operational best-practices
Translate improvement potential into concrete initiatives for implementation including value attached and implementation roadmap
Liaise with local Intrum markets management teams to define, structure, and drive their respective Operational Excellence agenda
Act interface between relevant group functions and Intrum markets to support delivery coordination of tech assets and tooling
What we’re looking for:
~5-year experience from top-tier management consulting or equivalent
Demonstrated experience from driving transformative, enterprise-wide, change programs in an international setting, and Operational Excellence programs in particular
Knowledge and expertise within the service operations domain in general, and credit management/servicing operations in particular, is an advantage
