Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives in collaboration with site teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a positive culture of improvement.
- Ensure data integrity in our systems through the development and maintenance of robust protocols.
- Assist in implementing and refining the DOMO OpEx Scorecard system across sites.
- Identify risks in manufacturing planning/ERP capabilities and develop strategies for improvement and efficient operations.
- Establish a comprehensive reporting system to monitor manufacturing capacities across all ARCH locations.
- Collaboratively work with the Director of Operational Excellence to identify and address operational improvement areas.
- Lead high-impact projects using 80/20 thinking and develop standardized improvement approaches considering local cultures.
- Drive process and cultural change across the enterprise, including transactional processes in the office, field, and with suppliers and customers.
- Facilitate Capital Expenditure projects, promoting Lean thinking in New Product Development processes.
- Champion Lean Management Systems and employee engagement processes, ensuring accountability and escalation of issues.
- Develop and implement lean training programs, covering a range of tools from Value Stream Mapping to Total Productive Maintenance.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent transformational experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in lean or continuous improvement implementation, with a focus on waste elimination and process enhancement.
- Required experience in Manufacturing or Operations. Added benefit with Medical Device manufacturing background.
- Expertise in lean tools and Toyota Production System.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in data software and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to change management.
- Excellent training and mentoring abilities.
- Familiarity with various commercial processes and tools is an advantage.
