In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and execute new client onboarding processes, ensuring accurate setup and integration within the Choice SOR
- Manage and process client account modifications in the Choice SOR, maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal standards
- Support audits and internal reviews by providing documentation and explanations related to onboarding, reconciliations, and settlements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify control gaps and recommend enhancements during RAU annual refresh sessions, ensuring alignment with updated risk frameworks and compliance requirements
- Perform moderately complex operational account activities related to maintaining ledger accounts and developing reports
- Provide operational accounting support for internal business groups or operations departments
- Review data from the general ledger, unit reports and various systems to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and review account reconciliations
- Review operational accounting procedures, methods or systems
- Identify and resolve complex or unique issues
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 2+ years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Banking experience
- Account maintenance experience
- Asset based lending experience
- The ability to research and compile critical operational data
- Experience working with business partners and different lines of business to research and resolve inquiries
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively while meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervision
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- This position currently offers a 3/2 hybrid work schedule; location: 401 Las Colinas Blvd W Bldg A, IRVING, TX 75039
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
