The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Support Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative, analytical, and coordination support to our logistics teams. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational and administrative support to ensure efficient logistics and warehouse activities.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in coordinating between departments (e.g., transport, warehouse, customer service) to resolve operational issues.
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation related to logistics operations.
Support the implementation of new processes or technologies to enhance efficiency.
Assist in inventory management and tracking to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Act as a liaison for Chinese-speaking stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
Help organize training sessions and team meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Experience: 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role.
Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken); Chinese highly preferred for cross-team collaboration.
Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce or international logistics.
Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
Understanding of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
