Position: Operation Project Management, China JV Support
Coverage: Dedicated China JV support, including JV-related operational coordination, service improvement, technology intake coordination and governance follow-up.

2. Purpose of the job/key objectiveTo provide dedicated project/program management, governance and coordination support for China JV operational support. The role is focused on China JV-related needs, including operational requests, service improvement opportunities, technology enhancement intake and cross-functional stakeholder follow-up required to support JV delivery.
The role will serve as a central coordination point between China JV stakeholders and relevant Cigna functional teams, including Operations, Technology, Network, Client Services and Security, to ensure requests are clearly documented, appropriately prioritized, actively tracked and progressed through to closure with consistent visibility for stakeholders and leadership.
The role is expected to strengthen governance discipline, improve communication across supporting teams, reduce fragmented follow-up and support a more structured, scalable and continuous delivery model for China JV operations support.
3. Main duties/Responsibilities- Own and maintain governance trackers for China JV support activities, ensuring progress, actions, owners, decisions, risks and next steps are accurately documented.
- Coordinate multiple parallel China JV workstreams, including system issues, access-related requests, network topics, operational clarifications, service improvement opportunities, enhancement intakes and process review activities.
- Serve as a central liaison between China JV stakeholders and relevant Cigna Operations, Technology, Network, Security, Client Services and other supporting functions to drive alignment and timely follow-up.
- Facilitate requirement clarification, solution discussion, impact assessment, prioritization and decision-making processes for China JV operational and technology-related requests.
- Manage regular follow-ups with responsible owners to ensure commitments are progressed, blockers are identified and escalation is initiated when required.
- Support intake submissions and delivery coordination where enhancement requests or formal technology workstreams are required.
- Prepare regular status updates, tracker summaries, governance reports, meeting notes and leadership-ready communications for China JV and Cigna.
- Identify recurring service themes, operational pain points and improvement opportunities, and partner with relevant teams to support continuous improvement.
- Support China JV initiatives related to service excellence, operational efficiency, stakeholder experience and process optimization.
- Maintain clear documentation of requirements, options, decisions, action plans, closure evidence and lessons learned to improve governance quality and knowledge retention.
- Support China JV strategic priorities, special projects and ad hoc operational items assigned by CDSS Operations management.
- Support China JV-specific operational and service needs only;
- Cover a China JV-focused portfolio of operational issues, technology-related topics, system enhancements, access/account requests, network support, process clarifications and service improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate activities involving China JV stakeholders and multiple supporting business, operations, technology and functional teams, often with different ownership, dependencies and timelines.
- Provide end-to-end tracking from initial request clarification through analysis, prioritization, implementation support, resolution or closure.
- Act as a bridge between business users and delivery/support teams to ensure the business impact, urgency, requirements and expected outcomes are clearly understood.
- Provide governance discipline and leadership visibility for ongoing China JV support activities.
- Contribute to improved turnaround time, stronger stakeholder alignment, enhanced service quality and a more scalable China JV support model.

5. Experience and Skills Required- Experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations Management, Business Transformation or Service Delivery Governance is preferred.
- Experience supporting China-market or cross-functional operational initiatives is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders and teams across business, operations and technology functions.
- Good understanding of operational support, issue management, enhancement intake, access management, process improvement or service delivery activities.
- Strong English communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear written updates, meeting notes, governance summaries and leadership communications.
- Strong organizational capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation and follow up consistently.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving capability, sound judgment, attention to detail and ability to identify practical improvement opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities, cross-functional dependencies and China JV stakeholder needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint, Jira or similar tracking/governance tools is preferred.
