Operation Intern

💡What you will deliver

• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of price quotations and other documents as needed in a timely manner.
• Monitor project progress and supplier performance to ensure service quality.
• Supervise the service quality of the driver team.
• Guide drivers on operational procedures at customer warehouses.
• Maintain and update databases on relevant systems.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

🌟Who you are

• 3rd or 4th-year university student.
• Available to work at the office 3-4 days per week.
• Available for a 6-month internship
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of computers and software
• Passionate about logistics, technology, and e-commerce
• Able to travel to on-site locations by motorbike
• Male candidates are preferred due to the nature of the job
