Store Operation
- Stock Management (replenishment and allocation)
- Trade-in & DOA machine management

- Vouchers reimbursement
- Order management (incl. reconciliation)
- Sales data analysis and reporting
System operation & maintenance (Cegid, SAP maintenance, SAP Ariba etc.)
- Product info. management
- Promotion scheme management
- Order management (incl. reconciliation, PGI & GR of delivery note etc.)
- Stock management
- SN management
- PO & GR management

- Payroll management
- Support to propose PS incentive
OTHER SUPPORTING ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achieve the highest standards of execution for the DYSON brand in stores in line with Selective Distribution agreement
- Communicate retail activity plan to the field team and provide the field with the necessary tools to guarantee high levels of execution
- Use data regularly from Field Sales or other potential tools/dashboards to improve compliance and in store standards
- Willingness to go above & beyond (backup to direct store management)
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- 2+ years related working experience- field sales or sales operation experience is preferred.
- Good numeric sense, intermediate to advanced excel skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner, positive, organized and result driven.
- Problem-solver, resourceful, ability to work well independently and within a group setting.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Adaptable/flexible – able to multi-task.
