·        Develop and design marketing collateral, including project profiles, presentations, brochures, digital content, and client-facing materials.

·        Coordination with existing SMEC/SJ Marcom in the updates of SJ Group’s website, social media platforms, and e-newsletters; monitor analytics and recommend improvements to strengthen visibility and engagement in relation with Indonesia energy sector activities.

·        Database Management: Maintain marketing libraries including CRM, resumes, project profiles, and photography. Ensure accuracy and usability for pursuits.

·        Work in tandem with the Marketing & Proposal Manager to execute SMEC/SJ’s marketing strategy and provide input on continuous improvement.

·        Assigned as document control for project(s) if required.

·        Support IT and QHSE related matters in coordination with existing IT and QHSE team at Jakarta office and overseas.

·        Support on the company formality requirement such as the arrangement of company licenses (SBUJPTL, mining consultancy license, oil and gas consultancy registration, etc.)
