In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Transport Services Sdn BhdJob Description
1. Prepare and process airfreight documentation such as airwaybill, invoices, export/import permits and custom documentation.
2. To receive cargoes from customer and submit to airlines for export shipments.
3. To track and monitor arrival of shipments, provide updates to clients and arrange transportation to deliver the cargoes to customer premises.
Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders and customs to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
4. Communicate with clients to confirm shipments detail and accuracy of documents.
5. Assists in billing/invoicing to customer.
6. To support/assists other team members as needed
