Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging environment?
As an Operation Cash Reconciliations Senior Team Member within our team, you will support Team Leads in managing the delivery of clients' service requirements, track and perform activities flawlessly while adhering to regulatory norms, and participate in review activities. You will also step in as a cover for Team Leaders when needed, support audit and process reviews, and work with Technical Specialists to implement process improvements. Your role will involve effective communication and collaboration with peers, colleagues, and clients.
Job responsibilities:
  • Support Team Leads in managing delivery of clients' service requirements (recon, booking trades, reviewing and accounting income, capital , expenses and setting up of ref data)
  • Track and perform activities flawlessly while adhering to the regulatory norms and guidelines
  • Participate and support Team Lead in review activities
  • Step in as a cover for Team leaders on need basis.
  • Support Team Leads and Managers in Audit, Controls and Process reviews.
  • Leverage on knowledge to identify and implement improvements to processes in response to operational and client service requirements - work with Technical Specialists to achieve this.
  • Escalate issues to Team Lead / Manager and work closely with relevant parties to effect solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and their accounting treatment
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with peers, colleagues and clients
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Good operational knowledge on Reconciliations / Financial Industry and MS office applications
