Job Description
- Operate the silo production lines diligently to ensure proper material handling, accurate data recording, and timely report generation while achieving the desired capacity.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, Food Act and Regulations, 5S, and safety SOP requirements to meet stringent quality expectations from customers and regulatory bodies.
- Implement pest control measures to prevent infestations.
- Perform housekeeping and maintain machinery and equipment to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Train, assign work, and supervise subordinates to achieve expected output and standards.
- Comply with FSSC 22000 requirements and actively support related activities.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications
- SPM, Certificates/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Manufacturing.
- Positive work attitude.
- This position is based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
