• Coordinate with opposing financial institutions to efficiently settle asset transfers.
• Managing settlement details in IBKR’s proprietary systems and external depositories.
• Ensuring timely and accurate settlement of client assets
• Coordinating with IBKR Customer Service to accurately inform customers on transfer statuses.
• Evaluate processes and systems and contribute to the development of these systems to achieve higher degrees of operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and/or to support new business or investment products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economic or Mathematics preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and the drive to efficiently maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and competency with MS Office products preferred.
