Are you looking to be a trusted representative working in the supply chain division for Ontario's largest retailer? Reporting to the Senior Manager, LCBO Vendor Portal, you will provide advanced analytical support to enhance Vendor Portal functionality, optimize vendor performance, and inform data-driven decision-making.

About the Role
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Collect and analyze data from the LCBO Vendor Portal to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on portal usage, vendor performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to partners.
• Conduct regular audits of portal processes and user activities to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and process optimization
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data collection and reporting methodologies
System Enhancement and Process Optimization
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements in the portal
• Participate in the planning and execution of portal enhancements and upgrades
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for portal usage and vendor interactions
• Support the implementation and testing of new features and functionalities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure portal enhancements meet the needs of all relevant departments
• Contribute to the development of user guides and training materials for portal updates
Vendor Performance Analysis
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with portal-related issues
• Help vendors navigate the process of submitting and managing purchase orders
• Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics through the portal
• Identify trends and patterns in vendor behavior and recommend strategies for improvement
• Help develop and implement vendor scorecards and performance evaluation criteria
• Provide data-driven insights to support vendor relationship management initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to address vendor concerns and optimize their portal experience
Project Support and Cross-functional Collaboration
• Assist in the planning and execution of portal-related projects and initiatives
• Provide analytical support for budget preparation and resource allocation decisions
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and working groups to represent the Vendor Portal team
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and system integration
• Support the Senior Manager in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in vendor management and supply chain technology
• Research and propose solutions to enhance portal functionality and user experience
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains within the team and portal operations
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance analytical and technical skills
About You
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analysis
• 2+ years of experience working with e-commerce platforms or vendor management systems
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or vendor performance management
• Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI to interpret complex data, present insights and perform cost-benefit analyses
• Experience in process mapping and identifying areas for optimization
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling
