This Position reports to:
Business Transformation Manager
In this role, you will design and implement the ABB Robotics Operating System and enterprise performance framework. You will translate strategy into measurable objectives, management routines, governance mechanisms, and performance insights that enable fact-based decision-making and consistent execution across the organization.
A key part of the role is establishing and running the operational "heartbeat" of ABB Robotics, including the Executive Committee operating cadence, performance reviews, decision-making routines, and KPI architecture. You will ensure a clear line of sight between strategic priorities, operational performance, and financial outcomes from enterprise level through Business Lines and Functions.
This is a global role; the preferred locations are: Zürich (CH), Friedberg (DE), Barcelona (ESP), Milton Keynes (GBR), Milano (ITA)

Your responsibilities:
- Design and evolve the ABB Robotics Operating System: Establish the management routines, governance mechanisms, and operating cadence that drive execution and decision-making across the organization.
- Build the enterprise performance framework: Define an integrated set of objectives, KPIs, and performance measures connecting strategy, financial outcomes, and operational execution.
- Establish the Executive Committee operating cadence: Design and run the management routines, performance reviews, governance forums, and decision-making processes that drive execution and cascade throughout the organization.
- Drive transparency and accountability: Establish a single source of truth for enterprise performance and enable timely, data-driven decisions and corrective actions.
- Align performance measurement across the organization: Partner with Business Lines, Functions, Finance, and Data teams to ensure KPI definitions, ownership, targets, and reporting are consistent and actionable.
- Simplify and improve performance management: Identify duplication, reporting complexity, d non-value-adding measures, driving standardization and simplification across the organization.
- Lead and develop the team: Build performance management capabilities and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Operating System based on evolving business needs.
Your background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in enterprise performance management, operating systems, strategy execution, or business transformation within a complex global organization.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing KPI frameworks, management routines, and performance governance mechanisms that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational performance management, connecting strategic objectives to measurable outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create clarity from complex and sometimes conflicting information.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Demonstrated experience working across functions and geographies in a global environment, combined with the ability to drive change through collaboration and influence.
