Our Kimberly-Clark Ogden, UT Facility is looking for a safety focused, impact driven Operating Partner who is eager to join our fast-paced, high performing Operating Team. Kimberly-Clark Ogden takes pride in being Industry Leaders with highly skilled and engaged team members who are empowered to make high impact Team decisions. Through collaboration and teaming, our operating partners regularly apply critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to be industry leaders in Safety, Quality and Production performance targets.

The role of our Operating Partner includes the following:

  • Working in a safe manner to consistently identify and correct unsafe acts and conditions. At times, this will include operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes
  • The utilization of problem solving and decision-making skills to establish proficiency in operating and making machine adjustments which are required to achieve and control high quality material standards.
  • Active participation in a self-directed work team system which includes at times providing meaningful feedback to build participation and engagement with team members
  • The ability to document, account for and complete daily performance metrics in both verbal and written formats.
  • Valuing and supporting a rigorous adherence to standards through daily accountability and continuous improvement
  • Identifying machine faults and variations in runtime stability.                
  • Ensuring that quality tests are done correctly and in a timely manner, and documents are maintained as required.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
  • Have basic computer knowledge and good math skills.
  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
  • Safety Mindset: Demonstrated prior experience with a focus on working safely and hazard recognition.
  • Ability to utilize plant computer systems such as: Production MRP System (SAP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, PIMS, etc. is a plus
  • You must have the ability, drive and desire to work in a team environment
  • Must have minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or comparable work experience
  • Electrical/Mechanical aptitude such as troubleshooting, disassembling equipment, parts replacement, general machine repair is preferred but not required.

Starting Hourly Wage: $28.40 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.  You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
