Procuramos um profissional para controlar e monitorar os processos de logística, armazenagem e separação de pedidos em nossa linha de automação (CPA). Seu papel será fundamental para garantir entregas de alta performance, mantendo o foco em produtividade, qualidade e segurança.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Operar painéis de controle, etiquetadoras, mesas e balanças; gerenciar contingências e o fluxo do Palletizador (Shipping Buffer);
Acompanhar o cumprimento das grades de coleta, solucionar gargalos na paletização e garantir os horários de expedição;
Realizar pequenos reparos e setups, identificar anomalias, manter insumos e abrir notas de manutenção via SAP;
Acompanhar o desempenho diário da linha, liderar a passagem de turno, realizar contagens de inventário e auditorias de sistema (GTA x SAP);
Atuar em conformidade com as normas de Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Qualidade, sendo um agente ativo de prevenção.
Quais os requisitos:
Disponibilidade para atuar no 2° turno;
Formação Técnica ou Superior (cursando ou concluída) em Mecânica, Automação, Elétrica ou áreas correlatas;
Conhecimento prévio em ambiente de manufatura e na operação de equipamentos mecânicos;
Conhecimento prático nas metodologias TPM e 5S;
Perfil proativo com foco rigoroso em Segurança do Trabalho (atuando como guardião das 6 Regras que Salvam Vidas).

Skills Required
- Availability to work the second shift
- Technical or higher education, currently enrolled or completed, in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating mechanical equipment
- Practical knowledge of TPM methodologies
- Practical knowledge of 5S methodology
- Proactive profile with a strong focus on occupational safety
