A Dow tem uma oportunidade para atuar como Operador de Sistema Elétrico em nossa planta em Breu Branco (BRA).
Responsabilidade
Supervisionar alarmes e eventos do sistema elétrico da planta e realizar o primeiro diagnóstico; Garantir a operação segura e eficiente do subestação de 230kV e do sistema de distribuição em 13,8kV; Operar transformadores, disjuntores, chaves e equipamentos similares em alta e média tensão; Executar manobras para manutenção e restabelecimento em sistema de 230kV e 13,8kV. Inspecionar painéis e instrumentos de medição para verificar condições de funcionamento do sistema elétrico; Conduzir processos de troubleshooting inclusive os mais complexos e não rotineiros; Operar geradores de emergência e dispositivos de controle; Atuar em regime de turno;
Habilidades de Comunicação
1. Comunica-se efetivamente com o Run Plant de Elétrica e supervisor de turno, informando ocorrências, desvios, oportunidades e ações tomadas durante o turno para ser aplicadas no ADM;
2. Prioriza e comunica as atividades de acordo com as metas da Planta/Negócio, instruções operacionais, tarefas de MET/CTT, etc;
Processo de Trabalho
Inserir e atualizar informações no Relatório Diário de Operação (OPD) com as leituras de variáveis elétricas e as manobras de liberação realizadas; Seguir normas internas e procedimentos regulatórios; Emitir Permissões de Trabalhos (PTS) e realizar o Bloqueio de Fontes de Energia (EVP) para as atividades de elétrica em alta e média tensão;
Trabalho em Equipe
Comunicar-se com equipes de manutenção, prestadores de serviços e agentes regulatórios externos (ONS e ELETRONORTE); Demonstrar habilidade na resolução de conflito. Prover reconhecimento direto e positivo e construir feedback; Incentivar bom relacionamento entre as equipes, promovendo diversidade e inclusão;

1. Conhecer e aplicar os padrões de segurança, e utilizar os procedimentos conforme os requerimentos da planta;
2. Demonstrar proficiência para BBP (processo seguro de trabalho);
3. Observar e intervir nas atividades na sua área de responsabilidade de forma que garanta a segurança de todos;
4. Escalar preocupações de segurança, registrar condições inseguras e reportar problemas;
5. Conhecer e aplicar em campo o padrão sistemas de segurança;
7. Ter domínio dos requerimentos e aplicações da PUP;
Requisitos Técnicos Específicos
1. Curso técnico em eletrotécnica (preferencialmente) ou eletrônica, eletromecânica;
2. Registro no CFT;
3. Experiência prévia de no mínimo 5 anos atuando em sistema elétrico de potência ou atividades correlatas;
4. Ter conhecimento pleno de atuação em emergências (combate, prioridades, etc);
5. Participar em investigações de causa raiz (RCI) e coletar evidências para suportar as investigações de causa raiz (RCI);
6. Elaborar e revisar procedimentos rotineiros e não rotineiros;
7. Ter acesso como usuário no SAP e treinamento para abertura de notificação de manutenção;
8. Domínio do pacote office;
