Operador de Producción

Buscamos un Operador de Producción enfocado en la elaboración de producto terminado dentro del área de fillers. Esta posición implica actividades como pesaje de cargas, surtimiento de materiales y fabricación de productos.

• Producción de materiales conforme a estándares establecidos.

• Cumplimiento de objetivos de calidad (quejas y participación en capacitaciones)

• Apego a normas de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente (cero incidentes, cumplimiento de 5S)

• Trabajo en equipo y compromiso con asistencia y puntualidad

• Cumplimiento de indicadores de productividad (adherencia ≥ 95% y RFT 93%)

• Escolaridad: Secundaria, bachillerato o carrera técnica.

• Experiencia: Producción y/o almacén.

• Conocimientos: Manejo de montacargas.

• Disponibilidad: Rol de 3 turnos.
