Operador/a de Producción - Contrato temporal

Misión del puesto

Como Operador/a de Producción, serás responsable de ejecutar las operaciones de carga, descarga, trasvase, filtración, muestreo y envasado de productos químicos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y productividad de PPG. Participarás activamente en los procesos de fabricación, asegurando el uso correcto de materias primas, equipos e instrucciones de trabajo. Tu contribución será clave para garantizar una operación segura, eficiente y sostenible dentro de la planta.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Realizar operaciones de carga, descarga, trasvase, filtración, muestreo y envasado siguiendo las recetas y procedimientos establecidos.
• Controlar y documentar los parámetros del proceso de fabricación en los sistemas y documentación correspondientes.
• Preparar, utilizar y mantener los equipos auxiliares necesarios para la producción.
• Garantizar el uso correcto de las materias primas y verificar su conformidad antes de su utilización.
• Transportar y reponer materias primas e intermedios en las zonas de producción asignadas.
• Colaborar con el laboratorio de calidad mediante la entrega de muestras y documentación de proceso.
• Comunicar incidencias, desviaciones o situaciones de riesgo a los responsables de área.
• Cumplir estrictamente las normas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (EHS).
• Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua, Lean Manufacturing y 5S.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para alcanzar los objetivos de calidad, productividad y sostenibilidad.

Requisitos

• Formación Profesional, Bachillerato o experiencia equivalente en entorno industrial o químico.
• Experiencia previa en plantas de producción, fabricación química o procesos industriales.
• Carnet de carretillero y experiencia en el manejo de carretillas elevadoras.
• Conocimientos básicos de informática y herramientas Microsoft Office.
• Experiencia trabajando con procedimientos operativos y estándares de seguridad.
• Capacidad para interpretar instrucciones y documentación de fabricación.
• Conocimientos de Lean Manufacturing y metodología 5S valorables.
• Orientación a la seguridad, calidad y trabajo en equipo.
• Persona responsable, proactiva y con capacidad de organización.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en un entorno industrial dinámico.
