What We're Looking For:

Experience in the flexographic industry for at least one year, color printing, desirable knowledge in Mark Andy presses, teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate flexographic printing presses, including ink mixing and color matching to meet exact specifications.

  • Perform setup, adjustments, and teardown of heavy machinery and automation equipment.

  • Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.

  • Conduct quality testing following ISO procedures to guarantee products meet standards.

  • Actively collaborate with your team and train other operators to foster a productive and safe work environment.

  • Comply with all safety regulations, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • At least 1 year of verifiable experience in the flexographic printing industry and color printing.

  • Experience operating press, converting, or finishing equipment (slitting, laminating, etc.).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

  • Availability to work a daytime shift, 100% on-site at our Queretaro facility.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have):

  • Knowledge and experience operating Mark Andy presses.

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires constant physical activity, including standing for extended periods and the ability to move or lift objects up to 50 lbs (25 kg).

  • You will operate heavy industrial machinery in a production environment with occasional noise.

  • All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided, which may include safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear.

Como Operador de Impresión Flexográfica en Zebra Technologies, serás responsable de la configuración, operación y mantenimiento de equipos de impresión, asegurando la más alta calidad en nuestros productos. Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Operar prensas de impresión flexográfica, incluyendo la mezcla de tintas y el igualado de colores para cumplir con las especificaciones.

  • Realizar la configuración, ajustes y desmontaje de maquinaria pesada y equipo de automatización.

  • Solucionar problemas de producción para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad y asegurar una operación continua.

  • Realizar pruebas de calidad siguiendo los procedimientos ISO para garantizar que los productos cumplan con los estándares.

  • Colaborar activamente con tu equipo, así como entrenar a otros operadores, para fomentar un ambiente de trabajo productivo y seguro.

  • Cumplir con todas las normativas de seguridad, incluyendo el uso correcto del Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP).

Requisitos Indispensables:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un rol similar.

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia comprobable en la industria de impresión flexográfica y manejo de color.

  • Experiencia operando equipos de prensa, conversión o acabado (corte, laminado, etc.).

  • Diploma de preparatoria o equivalente.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir instrucciones verbales y escritas.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un turno diurno de manera presencial en nuestras instalaciones de Querétaro.

Requisitos Deseables:

  • Conocimiento en el manejo de prensas 

Condiciones de Trabajo:

  • Este rol requiere actividad física constante, incluyendo permanecer de pie por períodos prolongados y la capacidad de mover o levantar objetos de hasta 25 kg.

  • Se operará maquinaria industrial pesada en un entorno de producción con ruido ocasional.

  • Se proporcionará el Equipo de Protección Personal necesario, que puede incluir gafas de seguridad, protección auditiva y calzado con punta de acero.
